1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — d222's website, applications, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who has created an account at d222 or is using the platform's services.
• "Account" — a member's personal profile and wallet on the platform.
• "Bonus" — promotional credits, free spins, or other rewards granted by d222.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

• All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Process & Timeframes

For verified accounts, the standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if a security review or additional verification is required. Withdrawal requests will only be approved after verification is complete.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

d222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer carries its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

5.1 Bonus Calculation Examples

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200. Wagering: ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets required before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Deposit ৳10,000 → receive ৳5,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonus balance will not be spent before real money balance — the system manages this automatically.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited.
• d222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If abuse of bonus benefits or fraud is suspected, d222 reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, forfeit the bonus.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on d222 are operated by independent third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness.

• If a technical error or internet disconnection occurs during a gaming session, d222 will settle the outcome of that game as closely as possible in accordance with server logs.
• If an error is found in the operation of a game, d222 may void the affected bets and refund the relevant funds.
• The provider's own rules will also apply to the operation of their games.
• For sports betting such as cricket or football, market terms and conditions will be stated on the specific page for each section.
• d222 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently withdraw any game or market from its services.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Creating an account using a false identity.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets to obtain bonuses (Bonus Abuse / Syndicate Betting).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyberattack.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Fraudulent behaviour toward or harassment of other users.
• Impersonating d222 staff or representatives to mislead others.

If d222 detects any of the above violations, it reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the d222 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, software, graphics, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of d222 or its licensors. Users must refrain from the following activities:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any d222 material without prior written permission.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the platform's source code.
• Using d222's trademarks or brand materials to promote their own products or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

d222 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, d222 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence or disclosure of information.
